What is a home inspector?

Home inspectors are trained professionals who assess the condition of residential properties. They examine structures, systems, and components such as roofs, plumbing, electrical, heating, and foundations to identify any existing or potential issues. Home inspectors follow industry standards and provide objective, unbiased evaluations.

What are some common challenges faced by home inspectors during property evaluations?

Home inspectors often encounter challenges such as limited access to certain areas of a property, time constraints, and handling client expectations. For example, attics or crawl spaces may be difficult or unsafe to enter, which can limit the thoroughness of the inspection.
