1st Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday, 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:30 am – 8:00 pm
Attendance Policy: Strict 47-day attendance policy; time off during training must be pre-approved by your manager.
Seeking dedicated Telephone Bankers to connect clients with a full range of bank solutions and help them achieve financial goals. You will balance customer service and sales, providing subject matter expertise on financial products, handling inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction in a dynamic inbound call center environment. This role offers opportunities for growth, learning, and making a real impact.
Build and deepen client relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, creating immediate and effective solutions.
Promote and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
Identify client needs for licensed sales and refer to business partners as appropriate.
Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
Manage risk and remain compliant with all business policies and regulations.
Leverage available tools to deliver excellent customer service on every call.
Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and improving clients’ financial lives.
