Home Improvement Sales Manager
Location: New Jersey
Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Home Improvement Sales Manager with a strong background in residential exterior remodeling and a proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of the full home improvement process, including roofing, siding, gutters, soffit & fascia, windows, and other exterior remodeling services.
This is a leadership position for someone who understands both the products and how to sell them.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, coach, and manage the Home Improvement Sales Team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and closing rates.
  • Monitor sales performance and establish individual and team goals.
  • Conduct sales training and help representatives improve their closing skills.
  • Follow up on leads, appointments, estimates, and opportunities.
  • Assist sales representatives with difficult customers and closing opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Build relationships with homeowners and provide professional consultations.
  • Identify opportunities for additional home improvement services.
  • Work closely with Operations and Project Management to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production.
  • Track sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management.
