Job description

We are looking for multiple caregivers to work a variety of hours, from mornings to evenings. Weekends also available. Looking for temporary holiday work as well.


Pay $18-$23/hour

We are seeking experienced caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) who are reliable, have a heart for service, and a passion to care for the older adults to join our team. If you are looking for an opportunity to design a flexible schedule, we have several current openings with clients. The hours vary from 4-12 hour shifts on all days of the week and our caregivers can design either a part time or full time schedule.


What You Do

You have the ultimate responsibility to help implement care plans that nurture older adults in mind and body. You will provide personalized care to clients assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management. Our hope is that you will treat your clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional care to dedicated client in their home
  • Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
  • Supply personal companionship, remain actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
  • Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
  • Keep order, safety and client enjoyment top of mind
  • Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
  • Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client's condition

Requirements

  • Compassion and empathy is a must
  • Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus
  • Ability to use good judgement and remain calm
  • Reliable and on time
  • Proof of eligibility to work in U.S.
  • Can pass a background check and provide references
