Established Home Health Agency in Louisiana is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing team in the Baton Rouge, LA area, and surrounding communities.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys independence, flexibility, and building meaningful relationships with patients and families. We are looking for compassionate, dependable nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of the patient's home.

Registered Nurse Requirements:
  • Must have 3โ€“5 years of home health experience
  • Training may be offered for strong RNs with solid clinical experience who are interested in transitioning into home health
  • Must have a valid Louisiana RN license or compact RN license including Louisiana
  • Must be open to completing home patient visits
  • Must have strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
  • Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
