We are looking for an experienced home health administrator to help lead our home health company and help to bring our unique care philosophy to life. Home Nursing for Utah provides care to individuals in San Juan and Grand counties. Our care philosophy is based on finding interesting, innovative ways to empower patients and help them feel engaged and respected. We start by making sure our caregivers, providers, and office staff are confident and empowered too. Home Nursing for Utah offers you flexible hours and competitive pay. Salary will be depending on experience.
Job Description
We are looking for a individual with a bachelor's degree with home health experience. In addition, you must have at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or related health programs to lead us in growth, while maintaining compliance. You will be responsible for managing and continuing to build our home health business. You will be relied upon to implement our business plan, oversee hiring, spur growth and ensure that we provide the highest quality of care to our clients. You will be relied upon to make observations and recognize and facilitate ways to change and improve.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years experience in home health
  • 5 to 7 years of health care management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Flexible in fulfilling all obligations within growing organization
  • Computer savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
