Familiarity with home care documentation systems, mobility aids, and basic medical equipment is typically required. Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and supporting patients in their homes. Some other high demand jobs in the home health care industry include occupational or physical therapy, massage therapy, and caregiving.
