Interior Design Project Manager for Elizabeth Home Decor & Design

Location: Chestnut Hill
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2 years in interior design project management
Compensation: Based on experience and credentials


Elizabeth Home Decor & Design is a high-end residential interior design firm seeking a Project Manager with a passion for design, organization, and client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has at least 2 years of experience managing design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee interior design projects from initial client brief through installation
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and designers
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Manage procurement, deliveries, and installation logistics
  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Problem-solve on-site issues and provide real-time solutions
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design project management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Drawing experience in CAD, Revit or Sketch Up
  • Proficient in project management software and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
