Overview
This position performs delivery of DME supplies and equipment to new and existing patient homes or other designated locations. This position must maintain a good working knowledge of supplies and equipment utilized by Children's Mercy Home Care. This position will interface directly with the patient or parent when delivering and provide superior customer service at all times, serving as the direct contact between Children's Mercy Home Care and the patient.

Responsibilities
  • Assists other Home Care representatives, DME Techs, and DME coordinators in maintenance of DME supplies, inventory, and warehouse
  • Delivers DME supplies, equipment, and pharmacy items to patients in their homes or other locations as designated.
  • Manage on-call situations with equipment and supplies
  • Attends educational programs, new equipment/procedure training, and department meetings

Qualifications
  • HS diploma or equivalent and No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training
  • Current Drivers License & Car Required Upon Hire

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $17.83/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home
This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children's Mercy locations and may not work from home.
