Job description

Field Manager

With a Little Help, Inc

Seattle, WA

Compensation: $75-90k (DOE)

Full-time • In-person • Field-based

Who We Are

For 30 years, With A Little Help has been one of Seattle’s most trusted in-home care providers. We’re proud to be independently owned, deeply rooted in the community, and recognized as “Best in the PNW” by The Seattle Times for three consecutive years (‘23-25). As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our field-based client services team - the heart of our client and caregiver experience.

The Role: Field Manager

This role is ideal for someone who loves being out in the field, meeting families, supporting caregivers, and representing our agency in the community. You’ll conduct in-home assessments, maintain strong client relationships, and help drive growth through referral development and community engagement.

It’s a hands-on, people-focused role - perfect for someone who thrives on connection, problem-solving, and making a meaningful difference every day.

What You’ll Do

Client Experience & Field Assessments

· Conduct in-home care assessments and reassessments

· Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families

· Ensure care plans are accurate, personalized, and aligned with client needs

· Serve as a responsive, compassionate point of contact for client concerns

Caregiver Support & Oversight

· Partner with caregivers to ensure successful client-caregiver matches

· Provide field support, oversight, coaching, and communication as needed

· Conduct annual reviews and supervisory visits

· Help maintain continuity and quality of care

Business Development & Community Outreach

· Represent With A Little Help at community events, senior centers, and partner organizations

· Build and nurture referral relationships with healthcare and community partners

· Identify opportunities to expand our presence and strengthen our reputation

· Support marketing initiatives and local engagement efforts

Operational Coordination

· Collaborate closely with the office team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery

· Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes

· Support the overall client services workflow with reliability and professionalism

Who You Are

You’re the kind of person who lights up when you walk into a client’s home or meet a new community partner. You’re organized, empathetic, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

You likely bring:

· Experience in home care, home health, senior services, social work, or related fields

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Comfort working independently in the field

· A reliable, compassionate, service-oriented mindset

· Ability to manage details while staying connected to the bigger picture

Compensation & Benefits

· Competitive salary (DOE)

· Health, dental, vision

· PTO and paid holidays

· Mileage reimbursement

· Professional development opportunities

Why This Role Matters

Families trust us with what matters most - the safety, dignity, and well-being of their loved ones. As a Client Services Supervisor, you are the face of that promise. You ensure that clients feel supported, caregivers feel valued, and our community sees us as a partner they can rely on.

If you want a role where your work has immediate, human impact - this is it.
