What are home builders?

Home builders are professionals or companies responsible for constructing new residential homes and sometimes renovating or remodeling existing ones. They manage the entire building process, including planning, obtaining permits, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project meets safety and quality standards. Home builders can work on custom homes tailored to individual clients or on larger developments for multiple buyers. Their work is crucial for turning architectural plans into livable spaces. Many home builders are also involved in land development and may assist clients in selecting floor plans, materials, and finishes.
