Job description

Wisenbaker is looking for a Design Coordinator in Dallas, to support our Design Center department. If you are a friendly and eager multitasker that's not afraid to be in two places at the same time, this could be a perfect fit!

The daily responsibilities will be scheduling the designer's appointments with customers, making buyer information packets, answering phones, corresponding with builders, buyers and all your coworkers. On occasion, ordering supplies for the design center including office, coffee, and water. This is a multifaceted position that is relied on by us to help facilitate the best experience for the buyers and with our builders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and greeting buyers
  • Registering buyers in our systems and as they arrive for their appointments
  • Schedule home buyers to ensure cycle time adherence
  • Maintain notes on all correspondence with the homebuyers and builders
  • Thorough communication with all parties including, buyers, builder, designers and DC managers
  • Prepares and maintains the homebuyer folders for each appointment
  • Varied reports and invoicing
  • Help oversee the facility to ensure cleanliness and order
  • Supply orders for design center including office, coffee, and water
  • Help schedule and maintain the conference rooms for our builder customers
  • Special projects as they arise and learning the design center process

Qualifications & Professional attributes

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in office management or similar roles
  • Strong organization and documentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and a great team player with a can-do attitude
