Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist (Commission-Based, W-2)

Healthcare Support Home Care is a growing, independently owned non-medical home care agency serving Metro Atlanta. We’re looking for a confident, motivated sales professional who’s comfortable with in-person outreach, cold calling, and relationship building in the field.

The Role

This is a 100% commission-based W-2 position focused on generating and converting leads for home care services. You’ll educate prospects, discuss pricing, qualify readiness, and schedule intake appointments with the Owner. Final intake and onboarding are handled by the Owner.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct in-person and phone outreach
  • Visit medical offices, hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, churches, and community organizations
  • Cold call and walk into facilities to introduce services
  • Distribute marketing materials
  • Discuss services, pricing, and minimum hours
  • Qualify prospects and secure commitment
  • Schedule intake appointments and send follow-ups
  • Ensure clients are within licensed service counties

Hospital and facility outreach may qualify for additional commission.

What You Won’t Do
  • No clinical or non-clinical intake
  • No care planning, scheduling, billing, or collections
  • No long-term client management
Compensation
  • 100% commission-based (W-2)
  • Commission paid on contracted clients only
  • Earn commissions for up to 6 months per active client
  • Additional commission for hospital/facility outreach
  • No base salary or hourly pay
