The Flexible Hers Rater focuses on evaluating building energy performance and efficiency, often working with energy modeling and certifications. In contrast, a Home Inspector conducts on-site inspections to assess the overall condition of a property for buyers or sellers. While both roles involve building assessments, their certifications, work environments, and industry applications differ significantly.

WHO ARE YOU?
Field Assistants at PEG will provide support to a Field Engineer by assisting them to complete Home Energy Audits in accordance with RESNET Guidelines. This includes aiding in the collection of energy-related data on an active residential construction site and carrying equipment needed to perform Duct Testing, Blower Door Testing, and HVAC Grading/Balance Testing.
