This role primarily allows for remote therapy sessions, providing you the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a connection to a supportive professional team. Although the position is predominantly remote, you will have access to a comfortable and confidential virtual environment designed for effective therapy interactions. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to effectively understand each client's mental health history and specific concerns, leading to tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set attainable therapeutic goals, continually reviewing progress and adjusting the treatment approach as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to accommodate clients who prefer remote engagement or those facing logistical challenges in attending in-person sessions.
• Maintain diligent records of each session, including notes and treatment interventions, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements to ensure high standards of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities by attending workshops, webinars, or training sessions that enhance your knowledge and skills in mental health practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals from varying backgrounds facing a myriad of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a trusting environment where clients feel safe and respected, enabling them to openly share their experiences and embark on their healing journeys.

• A current and valid license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to establish rapport with clients and promote a therapeutic alliance.
• Demonstrated capacity for empathy and a non-judgmental approach to understanding clients' diverse experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to efficiently manage therapy schedules and administrative duties.

• Experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions within an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and secure digital communication tools will be advantageous.
• A background in collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care for clients is a plus.
