To thrive as a Transmission Tower Technician, you need expertise in electrical systems, climbing safety, and knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, typically supported by relevant technical certifications or vocational training. Familiarity with equipment such as harnesses, RF testing devices, and maintenance management systems is essential.
