Job Title: PACE Admissions RN

Salary Range: $50.29 – $66.27/hr

Location: San Diego, CA

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Contract: 8 weeks

Requirements to Apply

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in home health or community health serving frail or elderly populations

• Active California RN license

• Current BLS certification

• Ability to conduct in-home assessments in San Diego and Imperial County as needed


PACE Admissions RN opportunity on an 8-week temporary contract, Monday through Friday, supporting frail and elderly participants through community-based care.


Job Overview

Conduct Level of Care assessments and in-home evaluations, coordinate home care services, manage DME needs, and support participant care.
