Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a talented and experienced BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor, working in both center-based and home-based settings.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
- Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
- Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
- Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
- Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly
Requirements:- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA certification
- VA LBA
- Committed to working full-time
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development

Salary Range:$80,000 - $125,000 annually
