Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clientsโ€™ mental health needs, documenting clinical information, and formulating individualized treatment plans that address specific challenges and therapeutic goals.
  • Deliver therapy sessions, which may include individual, group, and family modalities, by employing evidence-based practices tailored to each clientโ€™s unique circumstances and treatment needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients, especially those experiencing acute challenges, and develop strategies for immediate relief and longer-term coping mechanisms.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards, including documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that our clients receive holistic and well-rounded care.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to support their ongoing wellness journey.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training programs to remain updated with best therapeutic practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes a diverse array of individuals facing various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more severe psychological conditions. Qualifications
  • Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

  • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to formulate effective treatment plans based on client needs.
  • A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure.

Preferred Experience
