  • Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources that could assist them, while advocating for their rights as necessary.
  • Commit to continuous professional development through ongoing education, training, and participation in workshops that enhance therapeutic skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse patient population that may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. • Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities with a minimum of two years of related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration and rapport with clients and team members.
  • Capacity to thrive in both independent and team settings, demonstrating strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
  • Dedication to maintaining high ethical standards and participating in continuous learning and professional growth.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly within community health or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with telehealth systems and remote therapy practices, having comfort navigating various digital platforms.
  • Additional specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care, addictions counseling, or child and adolescent therapy is favorable.
