Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and your clinical judgment to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform, ensuring that treatment interventions align with each client's specific goals.
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify therapeutic goals, using motivational interviewing techniques to foster engagement and ownership of their healing process.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual client preferences.
• Maintain precise records of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring timely documentation that enhances client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong rapport with clients remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nuanced understanding of diverse client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle remote therapy sessions, documentation, and client follow-ups.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices is preferred, underscoring an ability to maintain professionalism and engagement in a virtual setting.
• Previous experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or LGBTQ+ communities, is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
