Motion Rehab Group, Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team on a full-time basis. • Perform ongoing assessments to accurately evaluate and address the individualized needs of clients.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders involved in a client’s progress, ensuring a comprehensive support system.
• Develop and propose tentative schedules to supervisors for client appointments, home visits, and observations, facilitating effective monitoring of progress.
• Coordinate and conduct home visits as required, ensuring thorough in-home observations, chart reviews, and staff interviews.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of counseling program plans to ensure they are executed effectively, making adjustments as necessary.
• Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and additional relevant meetings to enhance collaborative care approaches.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes to ensure consistent records of client development and treatment effectiveness.
• Organize and lead training sessions to ensure staff and team members understand program plans and documentation processes.
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits as part of ongoing client support to address evolving needs.
• Serve as a liaison with the public and mental health communities to foster supportive relationships and enhance program development.
• Support the creation of effective training materials aimed at improving treatment and services delivered to clients.

Our counselors are equipped to serve a wide range of client demographics, including both adults and youth. Counselors at Motion Rehab Group, Inc may work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, relationship issues, and substance misuse, to name a few.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, showcasing adaptability and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software and relevant technology for patient documentation and management.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to specific client needs.
• Familiarity with home-based intervention strategies and community resource collaboration.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and case load. We provide a competitive benefits package including:
