Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

For afternoon ABA cases in the Bowie area, with additional cases available in Laure and/or Upper Marlboro.

Jade ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon ABA cases in the Bowie, Laurel and Upper Marlboro area. This role offers consistent weekly hours, a structured schedule, and cases located within the same general area!

At Jade ABA, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our approach is rooted in clinical excellence, meaningful relationships, and strong support for both families and staff.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect data and track client progress

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers

  • Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

What We’re Looking For
  • Active RBT certification (required)

  • Experience working with children, preferably with ASD

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently in home-based settings

  • Reliable transportation

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred — but not required for certified RBTs.

Compensation & Schedule
  • $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

  • Afternoon and after-school cases available

  • 20–40 hours per week

  • Monday–Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available)
