Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Jade ABA is currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon, home-based ABA cases located in Laurel (Highbury Ln) and Silver Spring (Quebec Terrace area).

This opportunity is ideal for RBTs looking to build a consistent schedule within a close geographic area, minimizing travel while maintaining steady weekly hours. Additional nearby cases may be available to support full-time hours.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home settings

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect data and track client progress accurately

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers

  • Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

What We’re Looking For
  • Active RBT certification (required)

  • Experience working with children, preferably with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently in home-based settings

  • Reliable transportation (short-distance travel between nearby cases)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred but not required

Compensation & Schedule
  • $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

  • Afternoon / after-school hours

  • Opportunity to build 20–40 hours per week through nearby case assignments

  • Monday–Friday schedule (optional weekend opportunities available)
