Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – 30 Hours/Week
Pay: $25–$30 per hour

North Star Behavioral Consulting is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and engaging Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-on-one ABA services for a client in the Santa Fe area.
This is a consistent 30-hour-per-week home-based case and is an excellent opportunity for an RBT looking for a stable caseload, competitive pay, ongoing BCBA support, and the opportunity to develop a meaningful therapeutic relationship with a client and family.
Compensation
$25–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home.
- Implement individualized treatment protocols and behavior support plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Teach functional communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
- Utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and other evidence-based ABA strategies throughout daily routines and activities.
- Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction targets.
- Implement proactive behavioral strategies and reinforcement-based interventions.
- Support the generalization of skills across home and community environments.
- Complete timely and accurate session documentation.
- Communicate professionally and collaboratively with the supervising BCBA and client's family.
- Participate in regular BCBA supervision, training, and clinical feedback.
- Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and professional boundaries at all times.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred.
- Previous experience providing ABA services is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to complete required background checks and credentialing requirements.
- Reliable transportation to the client's home in Santa Fe.
- Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
