Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT
Compensation: $15–25/hr (based on experience)
Type: Part-Time (30- 32.5 hrs/week)
Shifts: Daytime/Afternoons/Evenings (6.5 hrs/day, vary by client)
Afternoon Schedules:
Las Cruces, NM:
Monday: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
About Compass ABA:
As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
