  • Location: Salem, NM

  • Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

  • Compensation: $15–25/hr (based on experience)

  • Type: Part-Time (30- 32.5 hrs/week)

  • Shifts: Daytime/Afternoons (3-4 hrs/day, vary by client)

Available Schedule:

  • Salem, NM:

    • Summer Schedule: M- F: 5-8PM

    • Fall Schedule: M- F: 8AM- 12PM

About Compass ABA:

  • As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
