Now Hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs – Daytime/ Afternoon Shifts!
  • Location: Las Cruces, NM

  • Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

  • Compensation: $15–25/hr (based on experience)

  • Type: Part-Time (30- 32.5 hrs/week)

  • Shifts: Daytime/Afternoons/Evenings (6.5 hrs/day, vary by client)

Afternoon Schedules:

  • Las Cruces, NM:

    • Monday: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Thursday: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM

    • Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About Compass ABA:

  • As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.

  • Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.

  • Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience required.

  • Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.

  • Must be willing to navigate the path toward becoming an RBT by completing the certification within 90 days of hire.
