We are excited to welcome an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our team! As an RBT, you will facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.

  • Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.

  • Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willingness to pursue RBT certification.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.

  • Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.

  • Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
