Job description

Cambria Property Management is currently seeking a part-time Property Management Maintenance Technician. Compensation is based on experience. Benefits are mileage reimbursement and monthly phone credit.

Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing basic maintenance for the properties we manage in Salt Lake, Davis, and Northern Utah Counties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing maintenance and landscaping for managed properties as assigned

  • Occasional weekend and after-hours work is required

  • Performance of routine preventative maintenance

  • Timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization

Required Skills:

  • A full range of knowledge including general handyman skills, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, drywall, landscaping, HVAC and sprinkler repair.

  • Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff

  • Ability to use smart phone, take pictures, use calendar, and complete work orders

  • Must be able to operate basic landscaping equipment

  • Must have your own tools, necessary for basic maintenance functions and have reliable transportation. (Truck is a required)

  • Must be able to pass background check and have a clean driving record

  • Ability to handle physical workload - some heavy lifting is required

  • Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
