Position Overview

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Pre-Sales Project Manager to support the continued growth of our Energy Infrastructure business. This role will partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Commercial Operations, and customers to help coordinate and manage complex infrastructure opportunities throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.


This individual will play a critical role in driving alignment across technical, commercial, and operational teams prior to project award and implementation. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, customer-facing communication abilities, and experience supporting complex solution-based projects within infrastructure, energy, industrial, or technology-driven environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pre-sales project coordination activities across energy infrastructure and commercial initiatives
  • Partner with Sales and Engineering teams to gather customer requirements, define project scope, and align deliverables
  • Coordinate timelines, documentation, technical discussions, and customer follow-up activities throughout the sales process
  • Assist with proposal development, RFP/RFQ support, project tracking, and customer presentations
  • Help manage communication between internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and customers
  • Support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems
  • Identify process gaps and help improve pre-sales workflows, communication, and project coordination efforts
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations, engineering feasibility, and operational execution prior to handoff


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred
  • Professional fluency in English and Mandarin, including the ability to communicate effectively in business meetings and technical project discussions.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting project coordination, pre-sales operations, commercial operations, or project management environments
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams within technical, infrastructure, industrial, or technology-related organizations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting energy infrastructure, data center, industrial, manufacturing, or electrical infrastructure projects
  • Exposure to proposal management, RFQ/RFP coordination, or customer-facing project support activities
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and pre-sales coordination processes
  • Experience working alongside Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams within solution-based environments
