Job description

A private practice with several locations in New Jersey needs an Interventional Radiologist.

This is a permanent positions – not locums.
This practice is not affiliated with private equity.
Private Practice
Partnership Track
Multi-site, NJ

Leadership role
Lead the development and growth of a new Outpatient-focused Interventional Radiology service line.
This is a central role in expanding MIS procedural offerings across the organization.
Shape clinical protocols, establish operational workflows, and be a foundational leader.
Monday through Friday
No weekends
No Call
Majority of their procedures are done at their two ASCs – both have MIS
Payor mix is 85% commercial insurance
Strong Base salary and tiered bonus structure base on collections
Partnership potential after 2 years 
Option to buy into the ASC
They are majority owners and management of both ASCs
