  • Monitor test infrastructure, analyze automation failures, improve reliability, and optimize runtime performance.

  • Partner closely with software production and offshore teams to compose robust test plans, validation strategies, and documentation.

Skills and Characteristics
  • Strong technical leadership with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including presenting technical direction to both engineers and executives.

  • Proven experience leading architectural decisions and complex debugging efforts.

  • Self-directed, committed to producing strong results, and passionate about high-quality automation.

Qualifications
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python & C++.

  • Experience building, running, and debugging software in both Windows & Linux environments.

  • Deep understanding of automation trade-offs and architectural design decisions.

  • Exposure to Android platform, including SDK, tooling and architecture

  • Prior experience with PlayStation SDK development is helpful.

  • Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine or other game engine technology.

  • Containerization technology such as Docker and Kubernetes.
