Job description

First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the home setting in Kennesaw, GA (30152).

Pay: $60/hour
Setting: In-home (Pediatric Client)
Schedule:

  •  Sunday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM 
  •  Monday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM 
  •  Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM 
  •  Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM 
  •  Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM 
Responsibilities:

  •  Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of care 
  •  Perform ongoing assessments and monitor for changes in condition 
  •  Provide specialized care (including line care, infection prevention, and treatments as needed) 
  •  Ensure patient safety and comfort in the home environment 
  •  Communicate effectively with family and care team 
Requirements:

  •  Active Georgia RN license 
  •  Pediatric or homecare experience preferred 
  •  Strong clinical and assessment skills 
  •  Reliable, professional, and compassionate
