The position is responsible for developing and maintaining CMM programs and performing First Article Inspections of machined components using PC-DMIS software and AS-9102 formatting. This role ensures compliance with customer requirements, ISO 9001:2015 standards and ITAR regulations - working closely with various internal departments to support throughput.**Essential Functions:*** Develop, program, and operate CMM using PC-DMIS software.* Prepare and complete FAI’s from data gathered and upload onto AS-9102 documentation.* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve dimensional nonconformances identified during inspection activities to help ensure part compliance.* Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to establish effective inspection methods and plans.* Perform manual inspections using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges (etc).* Assist with dimensional inspections for purchased materials and components.* Ensure compliance with all applicable quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.* Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:*** Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in CMM programming from 3D models using PC-DMIS and using CAD (SolidWorks).* Minimum 2-5 years' experience in an inspection-related role (ex.
