Job description

Position: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional with PM Experience
Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid)
Duration : Long Term

Mandatory Skills:
  • Combination of Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with Project Manager experience.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Tax)

Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+Years of relevant experience.
  • Oracle ERP Implementation
  • You should capable to Lead and drive the full lifecycle Oracle ERP deployment, including:
  • Oversee implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Tax) with Protheus legacy ERP retained for local operational use.
  • Coordinate Oracle implementation aligned with others workstream implementation.
  • Maintain the business case, Project Charter, Gantt-based project plan, RACI, and Risk Register.
  • Prepare and present steering committee updates and LT-ready delivery packs.
  • Coordinate with local Finance Lead and Tech Lead on pre-discovery, tax architecture, AP payment processes, and WHT handling.
  • Manage parallel-run risks and ensure alignment with in-flight Protheus tax development.
  • Support and coordinate the Oracle ERP deployment across additional (RGM) markets and integration efforts related to new acquisitions in Asia, including:
  • Build and maintain regional program roadmap across all impacted markets.
  • Coordinate cross-market dependencies, data migration planning, and system integration design.
  • Track and report progress against regional milestones, flagging risks and issues to the stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Provide ongoing support and coordination for Oracle ERP Serve as point of escalation for system issues raised by market teams, triaging, and routing to the appropriate internal or external support function.
  • Coordinate with regional and global IT support teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain a bug and fix tracker across all supported market systems, logging issues, tracking resolution status, and communicating outcomes to affected stakeholders.
  • Follow up on open tickets and outstanding fixes, ensuring no issue is left unresolved without a clear owner and target resolution date.
  • Identify recurring issues or systemic risks and escalate for prioritization within the broader technology roadmap
  • Support UAT and regression testing activities
