Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our expanding early intervention team in Philadelphia.
As a therapist-owned and operated agency, we specialize in pediatric occupational therapy and provide high-quality occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers ages 0–3. Our experienced occupational therapists deliver evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy that supports meaningful developmental progress for children and families.

As a pediatric occupational therapist in our home-based early intervention program, you will:
  • Provide hands-on pediatric occupational therapy in natural home and community environments
  • Assess and provide intervention to infants and toddlers with developmental delays
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Contribute occupational therapy input to each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
  • Deliver evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy interventions
  • Address fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, and self-care skills
  • Educate caregivers on home and community-based occupational therapy strategies
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Track and document occupational therapy progress
  • Adjust pediatric treatment goals as children develop
  • Serve as a trusted pediatric occupational therapist resource for families
