Job description

Help children reach important developmental milestones while enjoying the flexibility of home-based care.

PYG Therapy is looking for compassionate Physical Therapists to join our pediatric team throughout Arizona. Whether you're an experienced pediatric clinician or interested in making the transition to home health, we'll provide the support you need to succeed. Check out our website at pygtherapy.com.

Compensation

  • $84–$118 per visit/hour
  • Compensation based on experience, location, and employment type
  • Full-time, part-time, W-2, and 1099 opportunities
  • Flexible caseloads available throughout Arizona

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver physical therapy services in the home environment
  • Monitor progress toward mobility and developmental goals
  • Complete timely electronic documentation
  • Educate caregivers on exercises and home programming
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary providers
  • Build strong relationships with children and caregivers

Qualifications
