Title: Node.JS Backend Developer
Location: McLean, VA
Full Time Permanent position
Node.JS Backend Developer:
Work on a highly-technical team that is charged with bringing Client's portfolio of mobile, location-based security products to market. Responsible for leading the development and integration of a policy management application and backend services. Tasked with creating an automated test suite for the API, data storage and analytic solutions, and DevOps practices. Additionally, will be responsible for managing data models, security, and API changes going forward.
Experience:
• 2+ years writing Node.JS Applications
• 4+ years SQL (Postgres/MSSQL)
• 4+ years writing test coverage
• 1+ years Mocha or another test framework
• 1+ years Sequelize ORM
Desired Experience:
• 2+ years with Git code repositories
• 1+ years using JIRA/Atlassian suite
Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical major
