Intermittent Registered Nurse (Rn) For Home Based Primary Care Team

The VA Western New York Health Care System is seeking an intermittent Registered Nurse to serve as a member of the Home Based Primary Care Team and provide care to Veterans living in the Batavia, New York area. Commute to additional surrounding areas may be required on rare occasions. The HBPC RN plans and delivers technically competent care in the home of Veterans with complex needs, including health promotion, health prevention, geriatric care, primary care, and palliative care.
