Tutor Doctor Chandler-Gilbert-Ahwatukee is growing, and we're looking for passionate educators and subject-matter experts who want to make a meaningful difference in students' lives-without having to manage the business side of tutoring.
Our mission is simple: To help prepare today's youth to become tomorrow's successful adults.
Compensation
Base rates: $20-$35 per hour
Up to $40 per hour for select students and assignments
Tutors may also qualify for performance bonuses connected to student satisfaction, reliability and other performance criteria.

At Tutor Doctor, you won't simply be handed a student's name and left to figure everything out alone.
Our local team thoughtfully matches tutors and students based on:

  • Reliable transportation for in-home assignments
  • A genuine passion for education and student success
