Title: Residential Counselor - MAP

Pay Range: $20 - $23.75

Schedule: (40 hrs) Mon-Fri 1p-9p

FLSA: Non Exempt

What Youโ€™ll Do:
Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Teachโ€ฏADLsโ€ฏ(cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.
  • Implementโ€ฏTreatment Plansโ€ฏand behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
  • Administer/supervise medications perโ€ฏMAP guidelinesโ€ฏand document care.
  • Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
  • Advocate for residentsโ€™ needs and model healthy coping strategies.
  • Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
  • Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
  • Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
