Investment Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to contribute to the financial success of our investment portfolios. In this role, you will research, evaluate, and help acquire investment grade corporate credit securities for insurance company portfolios and external clients, working closely with portfolio management and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on designated sectors and issuers using rating agencies, public filings, and market data
  • Monitor primary and secondary markets to identify investment opportunities and support trade execution
  • Prepare and present analytical reports to executive leadership, investment committees, and other stakeholders
  • Evaluate portfolio risk, market conditions, and regulatory developments
  • Provide insights on relative value and credit trends to support portfolio strategies and trading decisions
  • Collaborate across departments including investment accounting and actuarial teams
  • Develop an understanding of insurance-based investment constraints such as asset-liability matching, capital efficiency, and liquidity

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience (investment analyst experience strongly preferred)
  • MBA or progress toward CFA designation preferred
  • Knowledge of financial markets, valuation, fixed income, and statistical analysis
  • Experience with tools such as Bloomberg or PowerBI preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
