Position: Support Center / Call Center Agent

Duration: Long-term

  • Flexible on shifts (40 hour weeks: Rotation schedule: Each agent must work at least 1 to 2 later shifts a week (Shift times are: 8am-4:30pm, then 8:30-5pm, 9am-5:30pm, 9:30am-6pm, 10am-6:30pm, 10;30am-7pm, 11am-7:30pm, with the last shift 11:30am-8pm))

This is an inbound call center. Our Support Center is open Monday-Friday 8AM to 8PM EST with different shifts. You will be computer bound; expected to be in a call queue, fielding outbound calls the entire day. You will receive 2-3 weeks training including shadowing / mirroring trainer s calls, and having trainer listening in on their initial calls. Most of the calls will be from broker dealers, investors, registered representatives and other industry professionals and will involve password reset requests, registration questions. On average, call handle time is under 6 minutes so these are generally short calls. It is very rare to get upset calls.
