Job description

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults.
We are currently looking for individuals who are willing to be In-House Pool. This position requires a valid WI LPN license. Previous experience in a similar setting is helpful (Please provide dates of experience in resume).
Requirements for In-House Pool: two weekend shifts a month, One Major Holiday, One Minor Holiday, and either Christmas Day or Christmas Eve.
Benefits: Flexible schedule, Pick up bonuses for shifts picked up outside of requirement, float bonus, shift differentials for 2nd/3rd Shift
Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating and supervising nursing care of patients assigned to the unit
  • Work collaboratively with other unit staff to ensure continuity of quality care
  • Use verbal and nonverbal communication showing respect, collaboration and quality service
  • Administer prescribed medications or start intravenous fluids, and note times and amounts on patients' charts.
  • Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.
  • Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving enemas or douches, rubbing with alcohol, massaging, or performing catheterizations.
  • Sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides, sterilizer, or autoclave.
  • Answer patients' calls and determine how to assist them.
