You'll be responsible for managing paid search campaigns across a range of local service industries-think HVAC, med spas, real estate, healthcare, legal, and more. This is a hands-on, performance-oriented role ideal for someone who knows how to make every dollar work smarter, not harder. What You'll Do
  • Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies
  • Write compelling ad copy tailored to each client's brand, audience, and market
  • Track and analyze performance data to improve ROI and campaign efficiency
  • Collaborate with the creative team on ad visuals, landing pages, and split testing

Requirements

What You Bring
  • 2-5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred)
  • Google Ads Certified (or willing to get certified upon hire)

  • Strong skills in campaign segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy
  • Comfortable working within budgets and communicating performance confidently

  • A proactive approach-constantly seeking ways to improve results and processes
