What you will be doing
ย 

The Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Manager is a key role in ASSAย ABLOYs strategy to accelerate the organization'sย cyber resilience. The newly created position willย report to ASSA ABLOY America's Division CISO and will beย accountable for the divisional Cyber Risk and Compliance program.ย The role will build strong alliances with all functionsย and sub-groups across the division to help in theย process of identifying, analyzing, quantifying, andย treating risks.ย In addition, this role will be responsible toย define, measure, and report on Informationย security compliance within the operation of anย ISMS, providing relevant KPIs andย KRIs.ย A talented and self-motivated person, who is inviting andย collaborative and can guide business functions to handle organizational cyber risks and transform these intoย controls will find this position a perfect place forย success.

Position Specific Responsibilities

  • Establish divisional cyber risk governanceย 
  • Build divisional risk management culture andย methodologies
  • Maintain divisional cyber risk register
  • A broad knowledge of IT Services and a tightย collaboration with IT for the transformation ofย business requirements into IT Policies andย controls will ensureย success
  • Establish and execute risk assessment and management withย business functions
  • Build and maintain Cyber Risk and Compliance Reporting dashboards and reports forย stakeholder groups
  • Definition, monitoring and reporting of Key Riskย indicators and relevant Key performanceย indicators
  • Create, modify and implement divisional ย policiesย and directives based on Information securityย standards ISO27001 and NIST
  • Develop deep coalitions with business partners to anchor Informationย Security into Policy framework
  • Collaborate with corporate counsels and HRย departments to monitor enforcement ofย standards and regulations
  • Review policies periodically to identify hiddenย risks or non-conformity issues
  • Develop and oversee control systems to preventย or deal with violations of legal guidelines andย internal policies
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improveย them continuously

What we are looking for
ย 

  • Professional certification in Information Securityย CISM or CISSP
  • Professional certification in CRISC or ISO27005ย preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a global cyberย security management roleย 
  • Proven experience of implementing and operatingย information security risk and compliance management within anย environment of similar size and globalย representation
  • Strong knowledge of current digital serviceย delivery concepts, technology, and its cyberย protection capabilities
  • Good enterprise business knowledge with theย ability to articulate risks in clear business language
  • Good knowledge of global regulatory complianceย demands in the areas of privacy, industry orย governmental segments. (GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, critical infrastructure, Patriot Act...)ย 
  • Engaged, committed, creative, hands-on and self-motivated personality
  • Expert knowledge and proven success inย implementing Information Security Managementย System (ISMS) in an enterprise organization
  • Analytical and conceptual ability to identifyย compliance risks and develop practical solutionsย and adjustments
  • Excellent business and IT communication skills in theย English language
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally
