• Utilize various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to comprehensive care plans and client management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards throughout all interactions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and techniques.
