Construction Superintendent - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 26-00416 Salary Range: $100K - $150K Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits A Cleveland, Ohio engineering firm that seeks to hire an experienced Construction Superintendent who will be responsible for coordinating all onsite activities for several construction projects running simultaneously. Responsibilities Provide daily onsite oversight across multiple concurrent projects to guarantee production targets and schedule milestones are met. Coordinate and direct onsite field personnel, project Foremen, inside fabrication teams, and subcontractors. Build and maintain Client schedules; manage all onsite material orders and deliveries. Serve as the central conduit of information between the field and office management. Attend all necessary project progress meetings. Collaborate with office staff to formulate pre-construction game plans, then successfully execute and communicate those strategies to field and fabrication crews. Enforce strict onsite safety protocols and quality control metrics. Maintain daily progress logs via internal software and approve weekly field timesheets for accounting. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience as a Project Superintendent or General Field Superintendent. A background overseeing carpenters and skilled trades for commercial, retail, educational, and other building projects. Any experience with facade, cladding, exterior, custom metal, commercial siding, or roofing installation processes is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities, sharp financial/budget mindfulness, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor. Proficient with computer systems and willing to master company-specific project management software.
