Position Overview

Clear Mind Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a remote telehealth capacity. As a full-time LPC, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health care to our diverse client population. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 80,000 per year, along with various bonuses and benefits.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. You will be empowered to provide telehealth services that include individual and group counseling sessions. Our team collaborates closely, offering support and sharing insights through regular meetings aimed at fostering personal and professional growth. Our work hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals.
  • Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support our diverse clientele.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
  • Participating in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development to enhance personal skills and contribute to the team's success.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from young adults to seniors, facing various mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. Your role will be central in leading clients toward their recovery, forging meaningful therapeutic alliances that empower them to create positive changes in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
  • A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting individual and group therapy in a mental health setting.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices appropriate for a range of psychological issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with clients dealing with trauma, addiction, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital tools for client assessments and therapy sessions.
  • Previous involvement in interdisciplinary collaboration aimed at holistic client care.
