About the Role
Were looking for a Cyara Test Lead with strong voice/telephony expertise to drive automated testing for IVR, SIP-based call flows, and overall call quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Cyara-based testing for IVR, call routing, and voice journeys
• Validate IVR flows, DTMF navigation, voice prompts, ANI/DNIS routing
• Analyze SIP/RTP signaling, media paths, codecs, call setup, and call drops
• Measure MOS scores, audio quality, and call success rate
• Test ASR/NLU accuracy and speech-to-text matching
• Troubleshoot using SIPp, Wireshark, SBC logs, and call recordings
• Work with PBX, SBCs, SIP trunks, carriers, and voice gateways
• Partner with IVR, network, and voice bot teams to ensure seamless call flows
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, DTMF, PSTN, TDM, VoIP, codecs
• Hands-on Cyara experience
• Experience with PBX, SBCs, carriers, call servers, IVRs
• Proficiency with SIP debugging tools (SIPp, Wireshark, SBC logs)
• Understanding of MOS scoring and voice quality metrics
• ASR/NLU testing experience

Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000 a year
