What you'll do:
- Inspect various systems within a variety of houses (Inspecting attics and roofs, crawling into crawl spaces, taking off electric panels) within the framework of a Standards of Practice (InterNACHI) and/or TREC State Licensing
- Understand the full and complete inspection process
- Effectively and in a friendly manner explain, help, and review information and inspection findings to customers and agents
- Know and understand inspection auxiliary services and how to education clients about them
- Enter data into a smart phone, taking, and uploading pictures, use of email and instant messaging communication
- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
What you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- TREC licensed home inspector
- Valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
- Certified WDO Inspector - or ability to obtain
Nice things to add:
- Real estate, home inspection or related field experience
- Associates degree or greater
- Bi-lingual a plus
